"Radiator 7.0" is an improved radiator cleaning machine, with industrial touch screen, making operation simpler. It can be used to flush vehicle cooling systems, main radiators, and heater radiators without disassembling the dashboard. It can also flush various engine cylinders for cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Features
1. The radiator cleaning machine is equipped a 40L water tank, electronic liquid level sensor, and a 3000W heater. In order to effectively remove various sediments, the device is equipped with a temperature controller that can heat the cleaning solution to 80 degrees Celsius.
2. With pulse cleaning function, during the cleaning process, compressed air is connected to the connection port on the back panel of the equipment. The machine is equipped with an electromagnetic valve and pressure regulator to control the airflow of the compressor, producing a "boiling" effect. This feature significantly improves the cleaning performance of the device
3. The machine can be set for forward cleaning and reverse cleaning. Automatic cleaning can also be set up. When set to automatic cleaning, the machine will first perform forward cleaning and then automatically adjust to reverse cleaning. Cleaning is cleaner.

Q: Shall I change the filter for each car?
A: During the cleaning process, particles of various sizes such as rust, scale, calcification, and oily deposits in the water tank will be washed out and then filtered by the filter element. This way, the filter element will become dirty. It is recommended to use a new filter element for every car washed.
Q: Can I use tap running water in the machine?
A: No, it’s forbidden to use running water in the machine. Only distilled water can be used to clean, because tap water contains various minerals such as calcium and magnesium, which will inevitably lead to corrosion and salt deposits, ultimately causing equipment damage.
Q: Are there any requirements for the liquid level in the tank?
A: The level in the water tank should not be lower than the 1/2 mark. The machine has a warning word on the display, if the level is too low, you can not heat the cleaning liquid.
