Can this level indicator be used for 1000L oil drums?
No, it cannot be used with 1000L oil drums. It is specifically designed for oil drums up to 208L. The program limits the display to a maximum of 208L; exceeding this will cause the meter to stop displaying numbers.
Is it compatible with food-grade oil drums?
The standard model uses stainless steel rods but ordinary rubber floats. For edible oils, food-grade floats are required. This requires a custom order with a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
Does it work in countries with 110V power systems?
Yes, absolutely. The power plug supports a wide voltage range of AC 110V-240V. We can provide the appropriate plug type according to your country's standards.
Is there a battery-powered version available?
Currently, the device is designed to be powered by AC only. There is no battery-operated version at this time, but we will update our website if one is developed.
What happens if the drum capacity exceeds 208L?
The system is programmed specifically for the 208L scale. If the capacity exceeds this limit, the PCB board will not be able to process the data, and the display will go blank or stop updating.
Does the device remember settings after a power failure?
Yes, the PCB board features a built-in memory function that preserves settings and data even when the AC power is disconnected.
