• 1) Question: When replenishing, why is it that 2kg of refrigerant is used, but the actual display is only 1.6kg?

  Answer:This phenomenon is most obvious when the new equipment is operated, because the weight displayed by the equipment is the amount of refrigerant that actually enters the cleaning tank, and in daily use, some refrigerant will remain in the equipment pipeline and related components, not leaked.

• 2) Question: 500g was added to the car, and then only 350g was displayed after recycling. What's going on?

  Answer: The pipelines for refrigerant filling and recycling of equipment are different. When filling, the refrigerant directly enters the car through the pipe, and there is no retention in the middle; when recycling, as in question 1, some refrigerant will remain in the pipeline, resulting in the difference between the two amounts.

• 3) Question: Why is it prompted to refuel manually during automatic refueling?

  Answer:During the automatic refueling process, the amount of refueling is detected and verified by the electronic scale of the oil bottle. When the equipment shakes or the hose of the oil bottle is pulled too tight, it will cause abnormalities. In order to avoid inaccurate refueling, it is reminded to change to manual refueling.

• 4) Question: How long can the filter work? Remind to replace the dry filter. Can the machine still be used? If not, what are the consequences?

  Answer:It can flush/filter about 250KG refrigerant normally. The equipment will remind you to replace the dry filter in advance. It is recommended to replace it in time when the equipment reminds you, otherwise when the dryer fails, the cleaning and recycling functions of the machine will no longer be used.
  If the dry filter is not replaced, the moisture content in the refrigerant in the cleaning tank will be too high, causing abnormal operation of the car air conditioner.

• 5) Question: Why is the hose connected to the old oil bottle broken?

  Answer: The filter in the old oil bottle is blocked (or partially blocked), resulting in an increase in the oil discharge pressure during the oil discharge process, causing the hose to rupture.

• 6) Question: Why does refrigerant sometimes spray out of the oil bottle?

  Answer: There are tiny impurities in the oil discharge solenoid valve, which causes it to be not closed tightly. During the cleaning process, liquid refrigerant leaks out. If the oil discharge button is pressed manually during the cleaning and recycling process, it will also cause the refrigerant to spray.

• 7) Question: The device does not display the weight of the refrigerant in the tank. What is the reason?

  Answer: Check whether there is any foreign object under the scale plate; check whether the electronic scale sensor connection line is reliably connected.

• 8) Question: Why is there less old oil discharged?

  Answer: When the equipment is new, since all parts are empty, some refrigerant oil will remain inside; secondly, the cleaning time is not enough; and the car air conditioning pipeline is blocked. In the latter two cases, the cleaning time should be extended.

• 9) Question: The equipment suddenly loses power during operation. What should be done after power is restored?

  Answer: If the power is suddenly cut off during the cleaning and recycling process, the cleaning/recycling function should continue to be selected after the power is restored. At the same time, manual oil discharge operation is strictly prohibited, otherwise there is a risk of refrigerant injection.
  If the power is suddenly cut off during the filling process, refill it after recycling.
  If the power is suddenly cut off during the vacuuming process, just restart the operation.

• 10)Question: Why is there sometimes no liquid in the window during the cleaning process?

  Answer: During the reverse cleaning process, the amount of liquid is relatively small at the beginning, so it cannot be seen directly. If there is no liquid for a long time, it means that the air conditioner is blocked and the cleaning time should be increased.
  If there is no liquid flow in both the forward and reverse directions, you need to check whether the high and low pressure quick connectors have completely pushed open the internal valve core.

• 12).Question: Can the device use two types of refrigerants at the same time?

  Answer: The device is suitable for R1234yf OR R134a refrigerants, but it does not support simultaneous use. Only one type can be selected and it can only be the same type.

• 13).Question: Can the air conditioners of all models be cleaned?

  Answer: The air conditioning system of the R134a system can be cleaned. However, it does not support the air conditioning systems of large-capacity vehicles such as minibuses, buses, and refrigerated trucks.

• 14).Question: What are the benefits of cleaning the air conditioner? Will it damage the air conditioner?

  Answer: Air conditioning cleaning and oil change, similar to engine oil change, can improve the cooling effect, increase the working performance of the compressor, delay the service life of the air conditioner, and reduce fuel consumption when the air conditioner is turned on.

• 15) Question: How long is the vacuum time generally, and why?

  Answer: We recommend that the vacuuming time be at least 10 minutes. This process removes both air and moisture. The longer the time, the better the effect.
