Features
1. 5:1 Pneumatic Booster Pump + pulsation dampener
5:1 pressure ratio (inlet air pressure × 5 = outlet oil pressure); driven by a 0.4–0.8 MPa air compressor. Features a plunger design that ensures consistent flow over long distances; suitable for low-temperature operations and medium-to-high viscosity oils. Designed for direct insertion into 200L oil drums with a quick-locking red cap; the bottom suction filter blocks impurities.
2. Explosion-proof automatic start/stop structure: Fully pneumatic design (no motor or electrical sparks), ensuring safety in oil/gas environments. Automatically depressurizes and stops when the nozzle is released; features automatic overload pressure relief for line blockages to prevent hose bursts and equipment damage. The pump head pressure regulating valve allows for stepless adjustment of oil flow.
3. 10-Meter Automatic Retractable Hose Reel
10-meter extended reach: Includes a 10-meter high-pressure oil hose, covering multiple lifting bays in the workshop and allowing for long-distance dispensing without moving the oil drum.
Spring-loaded automatic rewind + length locking: Locks at any desired length; releases automatically and retracts at a steady speed after dispensing—no manual winding required. Guide mechanism prevents hose kinking or tangling.
Oil-resistant high-pressure hose: Corrosion-resistant, crush-resistant, and kink-resistant; designed for heavy-duty dragging operations with a low risk of leakage.
