5:1 Air Operated Single Oil Transfer Drum Pump
Air Operated Oil Pump

5:1 Air Operated Single Oil Transfer Drum Pump

5:1 pressure ratio oil pump, powered by an industrial air supply (0.4–0.8 MPa), piston design, support continuous transfer of low-to-high viscosity lubricants:
Engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, transmission fluid, cutting fluid, and other non-corrosive thin oils (compatible with viscosities up to SAE 240).
Stable flow rate:4-18L/min, compatible with standard 200L (55-gallon) drums, simply insert the pump directly into the container to begin dispensing.

    Features

    The side of the pump head is equipped with an air regulator input port and an oil outlet port:
    Installing an air regulator on the air input port, adjusting the air intake pressure allows for stepless control of oil flow rate and pressure;
    The pump stops automatically when the air supply is shut off and automatically releases pressure under no-load conditions, preventing sustained pressure buildup;
    The red bang adapter is used to quickly secure to the threaded opening of the oil drum, making installation and removal convenient.

    RFQ

    Q: Can this air pump be used to pump gasoline and diesel?
    A: The pneumatic pump is designed for dispensing various types of lubricating oil. It is not suitable for pumping gasoline or diesel; doing so will damage the internal seals and cause the pump to stop working.
    Q: Is this an explosion-proof pump?
    A: Purely pneumatic drive—featuring no electric motor and generating no electrical sparks—makes it suitable for flammable and explosive environments where oil or fuel vapors are present (such as auto repair shops, oil depots, and mining equipment lubrication sites), thereby eliminating the risk of electric shock or fire.
