Q: Can the fuel hose reel be used to transfer lubricating oil?

A: The fuel hose reel is designed to transfer fuel/diesel, the working pressure is 30Bar, it’s not strong enough to transfer lubricating oil. It requires 200Bar for transferring lubricating oil.

Q: Is the reel size same for 3/4” and 1“ hose reel? Are there any differences?

A: Yes, for 3/4” and 1” hose, the reel size is same. The differences are size of the input port on the swivel fitting and output port. When customer wants to order 3/4” hose reel, the swivel fitting and output port are 3/4”. 1” is bigger size..
